I am riding again this year in the BikeMS Colorado ride. I have participated in this ride supporting Multiple Sclerosis for many years (with a few breaks for pregnancy/new baby and the not-so-fun cancer treatment-the reason I couldn't ride last year). The ride is over two days, riding about 150 miles and it's amazingly well-supported by the National MS Society-Colorado chapter. Our team, Roadkill Penguins, are hosting a fund-raiser to all of our supporters. I made two tote bags to add to the donations.
This one is made from Ikea fabrics and the one below is made from vintage fabrics.
If you'd like a chance to win one of these tote bags or the other fabulous prizes (one week time-share lodging in your choice of destination from places like the Caribbean, Latin America, Orlando Florida, California, Mexico, Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas or a 4-night stay in Winter Park, CO-check out the prizes here) by sponsoring me on this BikeMS ride, please send me an email!
Parting shot is after day 1 of BikeMS in 2008 with my fantastic sister-in-law Gretchen. Yes, we are sitting in the beer tent-a necessity after riding 75 miles!
