Eco-friendly and super cheap framing idea

I have a few pieces of art work to frame and wanted to find a way to do this inexpensively.  So where did I go?  To the thrift store, of course!
I forgot to take a photo of the picture I bought so it's just laid on top of the glass.  I bought this needlework of geese that was professionally matted and framed for $3.00.

I removed the geese and added in my print that I bought at an Art Festival in Sisters, OR.

I LOVE this frog print called Motivation. It's by artist Barton J DeGraaf and you can find his work here.

I have another of his prints and will be looking to the thrift store for another frame.
